Will the voice tags be removed once I purchase a license?
Yes. All licenses come with the untagged version(s) of the beat(s). Regardless of which license you purchase.
Will I own the beat once I purchase a license?
No. Standard, Professional and Unlimited licenses are non-exclusive: Cap Cort keeps the beat and other artists can license it too. If you want it for yourself alone, look for the beats marked Exclusive on All beats: those show the exclusive price, and some also take offers.
Can I download the files directly after I make the payment?
Your receipt and your license agreement arrive right after payment, and your files follow by email a few minutes later. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to support@capcort.com with your order number.
I want to buy a beat that you've already sold exclusively. What are my options?
Once a beat is licensed exclusively it leaves the store and we can’t license it again. Try the search on All beats with the mood or the artist you’re after, or use Sounds similar on any beat’s page.
I'm new to buying beats and need help choosing a license

I'm looking for a beat but can't find it in your beat store?
Go to All beats and type the title in the search bar (it also finds moods and artists). If the beat doesn’t show up, it’s no longer available: it was licensed exclusively or retired from the catalog.
What's your price for Exclusive Rights?
Each exclusive beat shows its price on its page, from $800. Some also accept offers: tap Make an offer on the beat, tell us about your plan, and we'll answer by email.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because everything we deliver is digital. The two exceptions are a double charge and a mixing service bought by mistake before you send your files. If a file arrived wrong or is missing, that’s ours to fix: write to support@capcort.com. Details in our Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, and any credit or debit card through PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay with a card.
Is it possible to upgrade my license later?
Yes, and you do it yourself. Open the beat’s page, tap Upgrade license and enter your license ID (it’s on your agreement; if you don’t have it at hand, Find my licenses sends it to your email). You pay the new license with a discount for the one you already hold, and the new agreement replaces the old one. That also works if you licensed the beat before September 2026.
